The Honors Program at IU Columbus is an opportunity for highly motivated, creative undergraduate students to reach their academic potential.
If you are an incoming IU Columbus Freshman with a GPA of 3.75 (unweighted on a 4-point scale) or above or if you are a current IU Columbus student with a GPA of 3.5 or above, you are invited to be in the Honors Program! You should receive an email inviting you to formally accept your invitation. Application must be submitted by (See “Apply Here” below) by June 15th, 2024.
Admitted IU Columbus students will automatically be invited to join the Honors Program if they meet the following academic criteria:
IU Columbus students who do not meet the incoming freshmen admission requirements can still be part of the Honors Program. You must have completed a minimum of 12 non-remedial credit hours with a 3.5 cumulative GPA or better and have at least 24 credit hours and two academic years (4 semesters) left before graduation.
