We are here to support and guide IU Columbus students and alumni throughout their career development process starting as early as freshman year and beyond graduation. Career Services provides resources and coaching to help you along your journey.

Ways Career Services Can Help
- Use your IU Handshake account to find jobs or internships. Handshake is IU Columbus’s one-stop job and career event resource for students and employers.
- Build your future career with Career EDGE Career EDGE modules support students in building career awareness and planning for their future career paths. The modules are self-enrolling through Canvas, and support students and alumni as they successfully transition from college into a career or further graduate or professional study.
- Use career development resources to connect majors to a career path. A collection of resources are available to students and alumni to help you determine your major and the careers aligned with your degree. Using the resources listed below, you may choose to complete the Focus2 survey, visit O’Net interest profiler, My Next Move career search, and/or the personality assessment tool to gain insight into your career path.
