Comprehensive Preparation
Our RN to BSN curriculum focuses on the skills and competencies you need to practice in today’s ever-evolving health care environment. Classes are relevant and meaningful for working adult RNs.
With a comprehensive foundation in the sciences and humanities, you will be well-prepared to meet the current and future health needs of society. You will learn current trends in health care and develop the knowledge and skills needed to adapt to these trends in your nursing practice, including:
- Health promotion
- Disease prevention
- Health restoration
- Health maintenance
- Management of individuals/families coping with acute and chronic illness
Because the program builds on courses you have already taken, you will receive credit for many of the general education courses completed as part of your ASN or diploma program.
