Room Scheduling

Welcome to the room reservation page for IU Columbus, located in the vibrant AirPark Columbus campus. The Office of the Registrar handles the scheduling of classroom space for special events and welcomes your request.

Before beginning your online room reservation, we highly recommend that you visit the IU Columbus Classroom database website for descriptions and photos of each room, in order to specify room preferences and available technology. All reservations are considered immediately and processed in the order of date received.

IU Columbus building locations include:

• IU Columbus Campus Center
• Columbus Learning Center Building

Classrooms have priority scheduling each academic term, which may delay immediate placement of requests. If available, you may request use of classroom space for:

• a one-time meeting or special event with a specific date & time
• a single event requiring multiple rooms during the same time block
• a single event scheduled over multiple dates with the same time block

We do our best to respond within 24-48 business hours. An email confirmation will be issued upon reservation request approval. If a room is not available that meets the needs you specify, or if more information is necessary, the contact person listed for the request will notified personally.
