Pay Information

Year-to-date (YTD) balances on all employee earnings, wages, taxes, deductions, reductions, and contributions are available through One.IU. You will find a link to your most recent pay stub by logging into One.IU and accessing your "Employment Center." To access your pay information:

• Go to One.IU
• Log in using your university ID and password
• Go to "Employee Center" (first-time users can type this in the search bar and then save to favorites)
• Under Payroll Information, click View Paycheck
• When you click the link, it will list the most recent pay stubs

About the TIME System

The Time Information Management Environment (TIME) is an automated system for collecting time and attendance date for Indiana University's biweekly-paid staff and electronically feeding this information into the payroll system at the end of each pay period. Employees, supervisors, and payroll processors use it to keep track of time worked, as well as schedules and (optionally) business rules, such as lunch and break rules.
