Financial Administration Coordinator
The primary purpose of the Administration and Finance office is to ensure compliance with University, federal, or sponsoring agency regulations, policies, and procedures, and to safeguard university assets.
To ensure funds are budgeted, where appropriate, are spent according to fiscal policy, that expenditures are in alignment with the account and purpose, and that processes and controls are in place. In addition, to provide financial services to campus constituents.
The Administration and Finance office is comprised of several components: Budget Administration, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Travel, Purchasing, Human Resources, Financial Aid, Bursar, Facilities Operations, Campus Police, Café, Event Planning, and Parking Operations. Additionally, our offices have a direct reporting line to IU Indianapolis.
