Tracking and reporting:
Fairly new to the sustainability program, we are planning, thinking, and implementing ways to track and report on our sustainability efforts. This website is a compilation of the many different ways in which IU Columbus is contributing to sustainability.
Strategic Goals:
It is our goal to have our IU Columbus sustainability be consistent with IU Indianapolis's, and also align with the goals and Strategic Plan of Indiana University. Currently we are participating in Tree Campus Higher Education for a 40% campus tree canopy coverage, identification of our campus trees, and maintaining natural spaces that will benefit our campus, our community and the world at large.
