BUS-F 305 INTERMEDIATE CORPORATE FINANCE (3 CR.)
Provides a rigorous treatment of the core concepts of corporate finance. Covers capital budgeting, the valuation of firms, capital structure choices and payout policies. Makes extensive use of spreadsheet modeling to implement financial valuation models. Serves as a foundation for all 400-level finance electives.

- NOTE: This is a traditional hybrid class running the first half of the semester. Students must attend eight class meetings on campus from 6:00 to 8:40 PM on Weds 8/28, 9/4, 9/11, 9/18, 9/25, 10/2, 10/9, and 10/16; an additional 15 hours of instruction will be completed online/asynchronously.
