Health Care Staffing and Total Worker Health explores the theory and practice of workforce staffing in health care considering the impact of health care management decisions related to staffing on quality of care for patients and occupational health for workers. Theoretical perspectives, research, union contracts and definitional constructs are examined/discussed.
