This course explores self-management and health promotion based on the Eight Dimensions of Wellness from an interprofessional perspective. This course unfolds as modules, each focusing on a dimension of wellness. Students will examine eight areas of wellness: occupational, social, financial, physical, emotional, environmental, spiritual, and intellectual wellness.
