BUS-P 301 OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT (3 CR.)
An introduction to the design and management of manufacturing and service operations. Students learn basic tradeoffs associated with operations management decisions, identify and quantify operating characteristics, and apply a variety of tools and techniques. Topics include process management, quality performance, constraint management, lean systems, inventory management, supply chain design, logistics.
