Affordable professional preparation

Our challenging 60-credit hour program meets the graduate education requirements for licensure as a mental health counselor in the state of Indiana. You can choose to study full-time or part-time with our supportive and expert faculty. More affordable than similar programs, you will benefit from smaller class sizes (maximum of 15 students) and the extensive academic resources of Indiana University.

While completing our generalist program, you will work with faculty to explore areas of professional interest through course projects and clinical field experiences. At IU Columbus, you will form relationships with faculty, clinical supervisors, and fellow students that you will carry forward into your life after graduation.
