SOC-R 410 ALCOHOL DRUGS AND SOCIETY (3 CR.)
Examines the use of alcohol and drugs in society. The emphasis is on identifying social factors which shape patterns of substance use and on exploring the impact of addiction on individuals, families, and society. Students also will evaluate current and past alcohol and drug treatment and control efforts.
