Dr. Ghosh has a diverse teaching experiences in countries like India, China, South America and USA. She was the student’s affair Coordinator/Counselor for students of XLRI (Jamshedpur) and Indian Institute of Management (Bangalore). She has also worked with multiple schools, mental health centers and hospitals both nationally and internationally. Dr. Ghosh has presented at various mental health conferences in Italy, Switzerland, Greece, India, and USA. She has experience working in a substance abuse facility working with clients who were charged with driving under influence and has also worked with clients with autism, obesity, mood disorder, and depression.
Dr. Ghosh pursued Doctorate (PhD) at the University of Florida specializing in “Marriage and Family Counseling”. Before, pursuing her PhD, she completed her Masters in “Clinical Social Work” from the University of South Florida, Tampa, USA and Masters in “Clinical Psychology” from Calcutta University, India. She is a recipient of multiple awards and recognition like “Tata Scholar”, “American Alumni Award”, “Grinter Fellowship”, “Robert O Stripling” prestigious honor. She also received the “Researcher of the Year” award by Florida Mental Health Counseling Association and the best Alumni of the year by DBMS English School. Dr. Ghosh received several travel grants from University of Florida, Ratan Tata Travel Grant, and JN Tata Endowment. Lastly, she was a Graduate student representative of Florida Association of Multicultural Development.
