Instructional Support

The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) provides training and instructional support for faculty, students, and staff who want to use the latest in Indiana University technologies for teaching and learning. Services include group and individual training, professional development facilities, and consulting on a variety of technology and pedagogies.

Canvas

Canvas is IU’s learning management system and includes standard tools (assignments, discussions, announcements, quizzes, syllabus, etc.) and enhanced tools that support teaching and learning. Online help is available on the IU Knowledge Base and on the Canvas site. Workshops and other resources are available at the IU Indianapolis Center for Teaching and Learning.

Teaching at IU

Teaching.IU connects instructors to university-wide resources and communities of educators across IU. The mission of the site is to gather and curate a wide array of teaching resources, available to all instructors.

Technology Training

IT Training provides technology training on a variety of tools. Training formats include in-person, online and self-paced options.
